Where is your favorite reading spot? And what time of day to do generally do most of your reading?

Most of my reading takes place at night, in bed. It's pretty much the only time of day I settle down enough to get any reading done. Occasionally, I'll read on a Sunday afternoon, and at work when I'm not busy.

Favorite Spot: Anywhere that is void of children :) Mainly I like to read when I'm laying on my bed.
Time of Day: If its a good book I'll read it during any spare time which means it usually only last me a couple of days. If I'm limited I prefer to read at night because the kids are usually in bed.

If I'm reading nonfiction, I usually do it at the table so I can take notes as necessary. With fiction it's usually the bed, so I can crash right after I'm done, or up in my office, on my chaise. I read a little throughout the day, but I try to set aside an hour before bed. Not tonight, though -- whenever I'm on deadline everything goes down the hole.

I tend to read at my desk. I kick my feet up on the table and lean back. If it's summer, spring, or fall, I'll read in the living room on the couch (during school hours ;-) for obvious reasons) with the screen door open. I'm also a bed reader. Seams to be a very popular place.

Like Kendra I read where ever and whenever I can! My reading is usually limited to nap time (approximately 2 hours depending on what else is needing my time (i.e. cleaning!). But I also love reading in the bath tub. :) It's the one area of the house that I can sometimes get privacy (and gets me out of the room so my husband realizes that he actually needs to watch our daughter! :) ) Some of my best reading happens in the car..yes the car...and no I am not one of those people who read while they are driving. I listen to Books on CD. They are awesome, since I am in the car a lot. You really see how many jags of 30 minutes when you are in the car when you finish a 6 hour book! Our parents (hubby & mine) live 4 hours away so sometimes I can get 2 hours of listening in when we do this too. I work from home a lot, but I have decided that I am going to try to start reading at work during lunch. :) I figure if I leave the office I will have more success. Other than that I love to read in bed, but my husband likes to nap when my daughter does, so I have put a good light in my living room and have a chair that has an ottoman (sp?) so I can strech out with a nice cup of hot chocolate or tea.

I usually read at night in bed before I go to sleep. In the morning, I sit in the fireplace room and read my bible class stuff while my son and husband get ready to leave for the day. I usually sit there for a couple of hours with book and coffee until my little girl gets up.

i read the most during my commute to and from work, which takes about 2 hours each day, so I get plenty of reading time : )
& after dinner, if i'm not busy, i'd probably read some more by the dinner table (aka my desk).

I read at night a lot - too much, probably. I've been known to stay up almost all night to finish a book. "Just one more chapter" often leads to 10 or more if I'm really excited about the book.

So I read in bed often and I also read in my favorite spot on the couch in our family room. Also, I never leave home without a book when I go to my many doctor's appointments, etc. I get quite a bit of reading done in waiting rooms and hospitals.

I usually read at night, when the house is quiet. I like to read nonfiction somewhere upright, so I can take notes. Fiction, I like to read in bed. I have to be careful about the bed though, if the book isn't exciting, I'll fall asleep.
