A different view. Although at times demeaning to men, I liked the open look at being a woman and the power that has. I liked the chapter on flirting, which all women do whether they call it that or not. It is a book about enjoying being a woman. Some notes-

In order to give pleasure, you have to know pleasure.
Decide that wherever you are is the right place to be.
Expose what you truly feel.
Celebrate whatever is happening and how you feel about it.
Be grateful and acknowlegde what is already good in your life.
Create an opportunity
Glow from internal approval
Humans create excitement by thinking about what excites them.
Love your body-say "I am beautiful" three times a day.
Express your dark side.
You have the freedom to choose-anger or pleasure
Once satiated, you can open doors for others.
Fear of embracing your own greatness.
Send a gift to someone you hate.
Write a rage poem
We have opportunities and privileges, no rights.
Obstacles give color and flavor to life.
It takes way more responsibility to enjoy life, handle pleasure, investigate your desires than to complain, be angry, and blame others.
